30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Brook & Knoll purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return
Email us at returns@brookandknoll.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately at hello@brookandknoll.co.uk and we will resolve it as a priority.
