BROOK & KNOLL — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About Us
Brook & Knoll is a UK-based online womenswear retailer operating at brookandknoll.co.uk. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms in full.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colours accurately however slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
3. Orders & Contract
Placing an order does not constitute a contract. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Brook & Knoll is not liable for delays caused by third party couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@brookandknoll.co.uk. We will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any fault.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Brook & Knoll’s liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on brookandknoll.co.uk including text, images, logos and branding is the property of Brook & Knoll. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at brookandknoll.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
